Dr. appointment

Today we had the 4 month appointment. Rachel is doing well, looks good, and growing, oh my is she growing!
Here are the vital stats:
Weight: 15lb 13oz (95%)
Height: 25in (80%)

This is a 2lb 8oz  and 2.5in change from last month
Just to compare Nate's stats at 4months:
Weight: 17lb 13oz (90%-95%)
Height: 26.25in (90%)

Gwen's stats at 4 months
15lb 8 oz (75-90%)
25 in (75%)

So, my girls are about the same...Nate who weighed the least out the gate is currently largest 4month old baby.  Now to attend to 2 crying kids!

2 Months

Rachel is now 2 months old! Okay, so I am a week late on this post, so now she is 2 months and 1 week. I've been busy, I tell you! And really it has nothing to do with 3 kids, it is the other things. Now we are at the time where I should fill you in on Rachel. Everyone keeps telling me how good of a baby she is. Of course they see me when we are out and she's in the sling. She's lovely in the sling, all her needs are met in the sling. She can eat, poop and sleep in the sling, probably all at the same time, if she decided too, she is that skilled. We are coming to the time were people like to see the baby, because she is really starting to respond to people and smile (besides being so cute)! They assume that now she is developing personality and they are excited to see it shine through. She seems really has a special place in her heart for our printer and the fans and lights. Mommy tries not to be offended that she spends just as much or maybe even more time smiling at animate objects as she does smiling at Mommy.

Rachel is still a fabulous night sleeper. I really can't complain, we put her down between 6-7pm, she fusses and then sleeps, getting up 1-2 times a night, most often sleeping until 7:30-8. She doesn't really make a lot of noise sleeping and doesn't really fuss when she wants to eat, unless I am out cold and she's super hungry! Seriously can't complain! She spends her days making up for that awesomeness by wanting special attention-to be held ALL day and not sleeping unless we walk with her, within 5 minutes of stopping the walk she starts crying and wakes up. I can put her down for short periods of time for tummy time, in the bouncy or swing. But she doesn't really like it. She likes to be held and she will let you know it.

She continues to be very alert when she is awake, she studies everything. She tries to mimic us and is free with her smiles. Her smiles light up her whole face, which I love. And she looks at me a lot and seems like she has something to say based on the movement of her eyebrows. I don't know if all babies are so expressive with their eyebrows, but my kids seem to be and it makes me smile!

We went to the Dr and they are pleased with her growth and her attention. She was 13lb 5 oz and 22.5in long. She gained 1lb 1oz and 0.5in. I think she is staying on her curve for weight 80% and dropped a little on the length curve, but I imagine she is in for a growth spurt soon-length wise. I do wonder when she will get a neck and Eric wants to know when she will start to laugh.

I tried to get a picture of her smiling, but it was difficult to do it while holding the camera, so the next day she was really smiling at Eric and I started snapping. Some great smiling pictures there!
(Sometimes I look at her and think "why did I put Nate in that dress?" I think the resemblance between them is strong, what do you think?)

1 month

Yesterday, Rachel turned a month old.  To celebrate we had a Doctor's appointment.  Rachel is now:
11 lb 4 oz
22in long
This means she has grown 1lb9oz and 1 in in a month!  Look at how surprised she is!
She is doing mostly well.  She has stopped crying when she is awake, she now only cries when she is refusing to sleep.  See, an improvement!  Everyday is a little better.  Today I was able to put her down for a 3 hour nap and made dinner!  Of course that will never happen again.  I am a little gun shy to take them say to the grocery store in the afternoon.  But we'll get there, and soon enough the older kids will be in school and I won't have to attempt to do anything with all three.  The kids still adore Rachel and she is not the worst baby we've ever had.  And doesn't she look cute in her dress made by my friend?

Dr's appt

Rachel had her 2nd Dr's appointment today.  Looking good!  She is back up and past her birth weight, a whopping 9lbs 14oz!  At this rate she'll be out of 0-3clothes in about 3 weeks.  She was still 21in.  Things are going well, she had some good eye contact this morning, was very alert and not a bit cranky.

I thought I would include these pictures I took the other day.  I typically leave the car seat in the car and just sling her, she seems to really enjoy being in close contact and to be swaddled so her limbs don't flail and wake her up.  I put her in the car seat after shopping with Gwen this weekend and this is the position she was in, I thought it was funny, so I snapped a shot.
Mom has been saying she looks older already and I didn't believe her.  But I realize what it is that makes her look older, she has lost some of her chubby cheeks as her face has elongated a little, not that you can tell from this picture.  But still, trust me her face isn't so smushed anymore.  (smushed appears not to be a word by spell check, but I think it totally is and I can't think of another word in it's place, sorry!)

So as not to repeat myself

Today we had our final Dr's appointment before the baby makes its grand entrance.  As those of you who have been with us through all 3 pregnancies, you'll know that our babies are late.  Eric and I were both late, why wouldn't our babies be.  Today I am 40 weeks, 5 days or some such nonsense. Hardly dilated but I think the baby has moved down a tad.  Conditions are "favorable" for birth, she just has to move down and she is taking her own sweet time.  The Dr said I looked well rested, and not near as exhausted as I did the previous week, which can be attributed to the visit from my Aunt, who basically took over all responsibility while I just rested.  Thank you Auntie!

Tomorrow I will be having a stress test-basically they hook us up to monitors and check the baby's heartbeat over 20-30 minutes and make sure she is comfortable and not in duress.  We have an induction scheduled for Sunday, just in case the baby doesn't come over the rest of the week.  I asked for as late of an induction as possible to give this girl a chance to make her exit naturally.  We are hopeful that she be here soon!

So there you have it, yes I am still pregnant and I am ok with that, thank you for asking.  I would like her to finish her business and come out before Sunday though, I'll even let her pick the day!   Now off to get ready for Grandma who arrives soon!

Dr's appointment

Today was Gwen's 4 year Dr's appointment. Yay Gwen!
Here are her stats:
Weight: 35lb ?oz (50%)
Height: 39 in (50%)
She has grown almost 3lbs and 3in...I don't know exactly for the weight, but for the height 2.5 inches in a year! Same percentages as last year, and the Dr mentioned BMI-which she said was a little high in the normal range...nothing to be worried about. Gwen appears to be growing normally and doing everything on schedule, so we don't have any worries. We decided to go ahead and give Gwen her 5year shots because we weren't sure if the preschool required them, and thought better to be safe than have to come back later. So she got 4 shots today! That didn't go so well, she cried and cried and told me she couldn't really walk, it hurt. She seems to be doing fine now and when has even allowed me to take off her bandaids. That was hilarious. The way this Doctor's office did the visit they had 2 nurses come in and do the shots simultaneously. And then they put the bandaids on, well we talked alot about the bandaids-we don't use bandaids at home. So then when one started to come off a little she showed it to me and I just ripped it off-fast, fast fast! She kind of looked shocked for a minute and she said "Thank you!" I asked her if she wanted me to pull the other one off and she said, "No". But, she just came up to me and asked me to pull the other off, so all is well.
Sadly after we went to the Dr's office we went grocery shopping and on the way there Gwen said, I have to go potty! I was a little distracted trying to speed us out of the car and get to the bathroom on the other side of the store from the entrance that I accidentally scrapped a woman with the cart. I stopped immediately and apologyzed and she started in on me "I know you had to see me here" Well, of course I did, but on those carts to use with kids, you can't really see that at the bottom it comes out again. I felt terrible, I still do, but part of me ceased to feel sorry when she was so mean and yelling at me. I told myself, don't let her bad attitude ruin your mood! Sure it was my fault, but it wasn't like I just ran off and didn't apologyze. Grr lady, I hope your day gets better and someone that you tell that story to will tell you how hard it is to drive those big carts! (especially when the one that has to pee is standing on the other side trying to help you steer)...I wanted to laugh though when she said "you are lucky I wasn't really hurt", what is she going to do, sue me, and get what from me exactly, we don't have any thing left to give!

Dr's appointment

Here are the vital statistics:
He is 27lb 8oz
33in
He has grown, theoretically 2lbs 4oz, 1in. She didn't get me any of the percentages, or if she did I forgot them. Have I mentioned they don't give me any paperwork here? Anyhoo, I say theoretically because he had his diaper on for the weight check and when we looked at the height it was less than what he had been at one of the other appointments, and since they just stretched out his leg we know that's not necessarily accurate because he was screaming. But everything else was good, actually better than good. You never know how your kid is doing until you go into the appointment and talk with the Dr, here they make you fill out paperwork. Nate has excelled in all the gross motor areas, apparently he is only expected to do 2-3 word phrases, he is 4+ word sentences. He is fine in all the physical movement areas also. He seems to be lacking in the problem solving areas, although I don't really know that for sure, because I don't really test him on the ways that paper asked about. But, I also expect that since he is advanced in gross motor skills and physical motor skills, problem skills might be a little behind, and thats ok.

Dr. appt

Here are the vital statistics:
He is 25lb 4oz (50%)
32in (50%)
It seems he grew about a pound (15oz) and 1 inch. Also his head is at 50%, so he is all around average! Everything went well, he got all the shots, and now is done with shots until preK! YAY! Also, he has a bump on his wrist, which is apparently a cyst, that is often hereditary. She said that it probably will not be a problem for him ever, but we will keep an eye on it, and if it does cause problems (like when he is weightlifting!) or get bigger it can be drained. All-in-all good visit, on schedule, back in 6 months!

15 (16) month checkup

Here are the vital stats:
Weight: 24lb 5oz (35%)
Height: 31in (35%)
They don't give me any take home info, so I am doing this post immediately, so I don't forget! How does this compare to 12mons...1lb 2oz, 3 1/4in, I am not sure if the percentages are correct, I think that is what she said. Everything else looks good, and sorry if my Math skills are off I must chase after Nate now, and make sure all the chairs area plugged in oh and as I write this I see Gwen with 1 of our (unplugged) extension cords trailing behind her, no doubt Nate has been playing with things he shouldn't again. GOTTA GO!

Dr. appt

Today was Gwen's 3 year Dr's appointment. Yay Gwen!
Here are her stats:
Weight: 32lb ?oz (50%)
Height: 36.5 in (50%)
As a reminder, I mean it has been a year and 1 month, so I don't know if you can be expected to remember she was 25lb, 11.5oz, 33.75in I guess in a year she has gained almost 7lbs and grew 3 in. I think she grew the three inches not that long ago, because she seemed to be 33 on everything for a long time and then boom 36! I guess those stats are good, also because she was lower percentages 30-40% weight and 45% height. Not bad kid, I guess you are getting enough to eat.
This was a very LONG visit. Seriously, long, they did blood pressure, height, weight, eye check, ear check and I had to fill out a questionnaire about her development. Based on that questionnaire, I would say Gwen is a rock star. Seriously, can she use 4 word sentences, yes! I do wonder, do run-on sentences count? She used a 5 word sentence when we got to that one, because they wanted us to give an example, thanks kid! We do have to work on her circle drawings and I some of the stuff I just couldn't test, maybe they should have sent me the questionnaire in advance because then I could have tested everything, or given me blocks and balls.
I did talk to her about what I thought was Gwen's terrible eating habits and she said we are doing the right thing by not serving her whatever she wants, she'll eat when she's hungry. (did I mention she has started to eat corn! CORN! a vegetable! and sometimes she eats carrots). We also have to work on her saying yes to every question answered, because she told the Dr she eats broccoli! HA! I am totally serving that tonight to make her eat it. We also discussed Gwen holding her pee, until I make her pee. She said I need to try and get her on a routine and make her sit on the potty, which I do, I just have to try and remember earlier in the day. Also we discussed night time training, I think Gwen is getting ready for that, she will sometimes be dry when she wakes up from naps. It is happening more and more frequently, the thing is, we have to remember to get her to pee before bedtime and right when she gets up, which means we have to get up with her.
Anyhoo, all and all a great visit. As usual Gwen made me proud and Nate got bored and made me crazy...ok not crazy, but does he have to touch EVERYTHING and wander. I sincerely hope they were able to find the keyboard that I put on top of the computer, oops!

Swelling

We are currently in a state of craziness. I feel like I need to find a place for the dry erase board so I can keep track of Nate's medicines...What you say? Why is Nate on medicines (plural!) Yesterday I noticed his hand was red and swollen. He didn't seem much bothered by it, so I called my Mom (it was after 5) sadly she was at Happy Hour with her friends and didn't hear her cell. (HI MOM!) Have I mentioned we don't have Dr's here yet? And, we are currently on Cobra from Eric's old job, so I don't really know what his plan will be for the new job, and didn't want to hassle with getting a Dr to find the new plan doesn't like that Dr! So, I have procrastinated, so unlike me. LOL! ;)
Oh yes, back the swollen hand. Of course, I don't know why the hand is swelling, I assume it is from a bug bite, but I notice a brown spot in the hand so I call a Dr's office here, but not thinking I tell her we are not a patient so she told me I had to do some stuff before I they can give me advice. I then called the nurse from the old practice, who tells me basically not to worry about it, if after 4 days he is still swollen, then he needs to be seen. I do nothing, since well, that is the kind of Mom I am, its time for dinner, Eric isn't home yet. So we start eating dinner.
Eric gets home, we talk about the hand, he wants to start giving meds, its not bothering Nate in the least and it doesn't appear to be swelling anymore, I think its best not to overreact and not give drugs when they are not needed. But, I decided to appease Eric and ask the opinion of the Mom of 6 kids across the street...(her husband is a radiologist and I think he thought I wanted his opinion, but I really wanted hers, how can he help me!? He's not a pediatrician!) The neighbor and husband think not to worry, but maybe give tylenol to see if that helps any, and they send me home with some. So we give Nate some Tylenol and put him to bed.
Today, we get up and the hand appears to have swollen a little more, but that brown spot on his hand, really his wrist, seems to be bigger and now I notice that it is bumpy and has a little drop of clear liquid on that area, oh and it is hard to the touch. This is when I think he needs to be seen, so I call our nurse from our insurance. After about 30 min of questioning she thinks he needs to be seen, she recommends urgent care. I decide to go through the rigmarole of the getting a patient ID and seeing the peditrician I have heard about. (Urgent care with 2 children 1 coming up on naptime, no thank you!) The Dr's office has an appt available before naptime and in 30min, so we rush over there and get him seen. The office was nice, the people where nice and I liked that the floors in the exam room where linoleum instead of carpet! The Dr suspects it is a bug bite, but he is having an allergic reaction and that it is possibly infected. She wants me to keep a careful eye on it because an infection in someone so young can move pretty quickly. If it looks worse tomorrow he has to be seen and if it doesn't start looking better by Friday he has to be seen. Blech! Sadly, he has to be on antibiotics 4/day and benadryl every 6hrs. Talk about figuring out a schedule. The antibiotics are every 4 hrs and benadryl every 6! Fortunately I don't have to wake him up for either.
Did I mention he also got in a bottom molar, and the hand he chews on for that is the swollen hand. Plus when we got home from dr's office picking up meds, Gwen kindly hit him with the car door so now his head also has a swollen bump! Lovely! I know how to party. Also, the meds say can cause headache or dizziness how am I supposed to figure that out? Hopefully he doesn't have any adverse reactions, I think this is the first time either of my kids has had antibiotics. Oh and the little man is up to 23.5lbs! Almost 1lb from his 12 month, although they weigh the kids fully clothed. And the hand swelling has not appeared to affect him adversely, read: he is still getting into everything!

Dr. appt

Here are the vital stats:
Weight: 22lb 7oz (50%)
Height: 28.3/4in (25%)
How does this compare to his 9 months stats...that is a 1lb, 15oz. and 1/4in.
Today's Dr's appointment was rather hectic. It shouldn't have been, I was there early, they were apparently running late, which meant they ran too close to Nate's nap time. :( Also, they have the hardest time measuring his length. Everytime they measure his length 3-4 times, basically, at some point he shrunk...ok not really, but I suspect when they orignally measured him at the hospital it was wrong and since then they are having a problem getting him in the right percentage. The CRNP was talking about getting him back in, in a month to check him out, but we are moving, so I won't have to do that. Nate is hitting all his milestones and so I am not sure that he is having a problem weight/height wise. Some kids don't adhere to a chart! So, maybe when I start seeing a real Dr (or someone I actually like in NC), we can discuss such things, but measuring someone who doesn't stay still, is very subjective and since I had the issue with Gwen "not gaining enough" when she was a baby, which I think is attributed more to scale variablitly than actual true numbers I don't put much stock in the whole thing anymore. (But, that is just how I feel!)

Dr. appt

Here are the vital stats:
Weight: 20lb 8oz (50%)
Height: 28.5in (75%-90%)
How does this compare to his 6 months stats...that is a 2lb, 10oz. and 1in.
The CRNP says it is normal for children's weight to level off after they start crawling, I guess she thought I was concerned...I was not. Apparently everything else is normal and no concerns. She actually mentioned that Nate is the only kid that she hasn't seen since his 6 month well baby visit for a sick visit. I guess that means he is staying healthy...hopefully she didn't just jinx us! In exciting news, no shots today!!!! YEAH!

Dr. appt

Here are the vital stats:
Weight: 18lb 14oz (75%)
Height: 27.5in (75%-90%)
How does this compare to his 4 months stats...that is a 1lb, 1oz. and 1.25in.
The CRNP seemed a little concerned that he was a little low on his growth chart for weight, but thought that might have something to do with his illness. He had gained an ounce since Tues, so she figured he is still growing. I am not as fond of the CRNP, but we made it through this appt ok. He is doing everything he is supposed to be doing and he doesn't seem any worse for the wear with his illness. Probably wouldn't have even noticed he was sick, until he started coughing. When the nurse came in to give him his shots she commented on how red his throat was, the CRNP never even mentioned it.
Soon I hope to update with the 6month newsletter, but maybe not today, we'll see how naps go. I have gotten some good work done on the house and I feel like I haven't really sat down during naps all week, so I might just do that today while they are napping!

Wednesday, October 15, 2008

Dr. appt

Here are the vital stats:
Weight: 17lb 13oz (90%-95%)
Height: 26.25in (90%)
How does this compare to his 2 months stats...that is a whopping 4lb, 8oz. and 2.5in. I guess we should expect that being that averages to just over 2 lb and 1in gain a month, but still, does this explain why I have to put away all his 3-6mon clothes!
In other news, Nate is super above average in all other skills. The CRNP said Nate was right on track, but I think she meant early, cause the nurse seemed shocked he could sit to get his weight checked! I mean I am just interpreting here, but that is what I suspect she meant. :)

Dr. appt

Today we had Nathan's 2 month Dr. appt. AKA the beginning of the vaccination hell for the next year. Today Nathan got 4 shots and 1 oral vaccine. He is currently recovering peacefully in his swing. Let us hope that he continues to sleep it off and not have any reactions, unlike his sister who always gets sick after her shots.
Nathan by the Dr's estimation is doing well, right on schedule and he told me that if I can only get him to nap in the swing, let him nap in the swing at this point he is still adjusting to life on the outside and around 3-4 months he will start to get into a "rhythm". This visit with the Dr was way better than my last visit with the Dr. and I am glad I finally figured out which Dr it was, as soon as he came in I recognized him, but I wonder did I really take all of his advice to heart this time since I have such a distrust of him from our last encounter. Of course, this time he had nothing bad to say, but I know that I took everything he said with a grain of salt!
Here are the vital stats:
Weight: 13lb 5oz (80%)
Height: 23.75in (75%)
Head 25%
that is a gain of 2lb 4oz 0.5 in. Not as much growth as last month, but really very close to the same I mean what is 4oz and 0.5in difference when you are a baby! He is still bigger than Gwen at this point. Stay tuned for his 2 month picture fest where I will tell you all about this month!

Dr. appt

Gwen and I both had Dr's appointments yesterday.
Gwen is doing everything she should be doing and she is just fine.
Weight: 25lb 11.5oz (30-40%)
Height: 33.75 in (45%)
I think I remember if you double height at 2 yrs you will know the height when they become an adult...that would make 5'6.25" She would be a little shorter than I am.
My Dr's appointment went well also. I am apparently approved for exercise and so we went to class this morning. I decided not to go tomorrow, so as not to kill myself, but I will go again on Friday. I think I did pretty well considering I haven't really done class in like 4 months. Must go to bed!

Dr. appt

Nathan had his 1 month Dr's appointment today! Here are the vital stats:
Weight: 11lb 1oz (75%)
Height: 23.25in (90-95%)
Head 75%
So, if you remember his birth stats that is growing 1in and 2lb 7oz.
At Gwen's 1 month appt she was 10lb 5oz and 23 in. Looks like he will be bigger! No wonder he is out of newborn sleepers!
Must attend to the older klutzy daughter, I won't discuss our morning, but if you call and she is crying, don't be too alarmed!

Dr. appt

Today we had Gwen's 18 month well-baby visit. Things went very well, except or super shy baby curled up into me and wouldn't let go, if anyone else was in the room with us. Poor kid! I am not super surprised by this, because she seems to be completely channeling my personality. Let's up the new baby is not a Mini Me also! Although, then again, do I really want a child that is not shy and just walks up to strangers, not really! But, as usual I digress. This Dr's appt was very helpful to me, I have had a tough week as a Mommy, I think Gwen's illness (that we didn't realize she had until we came down with it!) started a week of doubt for me as a Mom, but hearing from the Dr that she is right on schedule and that I need to keep doing what I am doing. The only bad thing is that my egg experiment will have to continue! For the last 2 weeks everyday I make us a scrabbled egg and give Gwen maybe a tablespoon and eat the rest, in front of her, Gwen still is not eating it, but the CRNP said that I am going to have to keep doing that, because she will take a bite when she is ready and really hungry. The only problem with this is Gwen knows that she will be getting something else after this and she doesn't have to eat it. But to be encouraged everyday with lunch I also drink milk and today she had some of my milk! Of course I have drinking milk in front of her for probably a year now and do I really have the patience to eat an egg everyday for a year or 2! I am not sure, Eric says I am a patient person, but I don't know where he gets that from, he says I must be a good faker then! Anyhoo, her vital statistics:
Weight: 23 lbs 3 oz 30%
Height: 31.25 in 30%
She gained 1lb, 30z and 0.5 in.
The CRNP said that she is still on her growth curve so she is growing well and she has more than 3 words, which is what the expect for 18 months. So, I guess it is all good. I told her that Gwen has 10-15 words, I am going to do a count at the end of this post for posterity and for whenever I get around to scrapbooking this age!
Today it is snowing and people are being sent home from work (Eric included!) they are expecting the snow to turn to rain later which would make the evening commute fun, so I am glad for once that Eric was allowed to come home. We probably have about 4in and still snowing. Gwen is taking a nap currently! I was so excited I started to vacuum the whole house. I was told to quit when the husband had to make a conference call from the basement, so I guess after I finish this post I will finish the last room of the house! Go me! Maybe I can get some of this crap out of here/organized that has ventured out of the cave...now that I have finished my puzzle and feeling better about my house time to clean!
Gwen's words:
  1. dog (sometimes it is doooooooooog, you know when we are really excited!)
  2. Da-da/Daddy-whatever we feel like calling DadDY at the moment
  3. bubbles
  4. purple
  5. Oh-no
  6. shoes
  7. hi
  8. Elmo-finally no more Melmo!
  9. Belbow=elbow
  10. E=Erin, one of her little friends, I can't quite get what she is saying, but Erin's Mom and I think it is like E.
  11. O=open, out, on, this word is very contextual.
  12. noz=nose always accompanied by touching either her nose or someone else's.
  13. dri=drink this word is always accompanied with the sign for drink
  14. cereal-she doesn't exactly say cereal, but she does say something almost intelligible accompanied with the sign for cereal.
  15. Tatie-I think, for her little friend Katie
  16. Momma-she only seems to say this in the crib!
  17. hot dog
  18. up
Huh-so it appears that I didn't lie at the Dr's office...go me! She is starting to repeat more, so I can often say can you say and she will repeat it. Now I am going to list her signs.
  • bye
  • open
  • out
  • eat
  • drink
  • more
  • sleep
  • light
  • blanket
  • banana
  • apple
  • milk
  • quiet
  • toothbrush
  • stars
  • book
I think that is all the signs, we have a bedtime and a mealtime sign book and she knows all the signs from those 2 books!
Eric has the laptop, so I won't be able to post any pictures...if I get to it, until later.

Dr. appt

Today we had our 15 month appt. The Dr. thought she looked great, but she did say I need to feed her more, she has dropped from 70% to 40% for her weight. But she said Gwen's iron level is great, better than what most kids at her age have.
The vital stats:
Weight: 22 lbs 6 oz 40%
Height: 30.75 in 60%
That is a 1lb 6oz increase in weight and a 1.25 in increase in height.
At the appt, Gwen pulled all the books out of the box and then crawled in there, when the nurse came in she thought that was so cute she called everyone in to look at her. Gwen got embarrassed by this and started crying. She got 3 shots today and is kind of fussy, is that because of the shots or because we didn't make it to our stroller group and are stuck inside because of the drizzly weather?
